Delete your account and data

1. In the app (immediate)

Open Jolt → Profile → Settings → Delete account. Your account and learning data are deleted immediately and permanently.

2. By e-mail (within 14 days)

If you can no longer access the app, e-mail kupcik46@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will complete the deletion within 14 days and confirm it by e-mail.

3. What gets deleted

Account identity, profile, XP/streak history, answers, friends and duel records. Anonymised aggregate statistics may be retained. Legal retention duties (e.g. invoicing) remain unaffected.
