Delete your account and data

1. In the app (fastest)

Open Jolt → Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and learning data within [DELETION_DAYS] days.

2. By e-mail

If you can no longer access the app, e-mail [CONTACT_EMAIL] from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm completion within [DELETION_DAYS] days.

3. What gets deleted

Account identity, profile, XP/streak history, answers, friends and duel records. Anonymised aggregate statistics may be retained. Legal retention duties (e.g. invoicing) remain unaffected.

4. Beta signups

To remove a beta signup (e-mail only, no account), use the unsubscribe link in any of our e-mails or contact [CONTACT_EMAIL].
